it has immaculate bright rooms, that come with a single bed as well as a bathtub.

Comforts of bright studio suite for an extra pillow were fabulous. There were multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a seating area in my room. The location was marvellous and particularly good right at city centre near everything, near the train station.

Easy check-in and convenient on-site parking. Great and amazing location on the pedestrian street in central Östersund, close to a cinema and bars.

Nice hotell staff. Nice and quiet. Liked the breakfeast. Very central.

The place had a peaceful atmosphere and my studio suite with a bath was beautifully decorated.

The heating in the room did not work. The room was small and ther was no luxury what so ever. The tv was verry small.

Homely small place in the heart of the city.

We enjoyed this small hotel, nothing too much trouble. the room was airy and bright with an extra pillow and bath, met every demand. the restaurant was good. the staff were really helpful and accommodating. the experience was lovely, would book here again.

The person on the desk was extremely helpful to our group, quickly arranging another double room for us when we realized the 'suite' was not meant for four adults to share but would be perfectly fine for a family of four with two of the four being young children. In addition, he booked us dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant that was excellent and fully met our needs for a nice meal with table service after our earlier experiences of dining at pizzerias and Max due to traveling during Midsummer holidays. (Many restaurants and shops are closed during Sweden's annual Midsummer celebration)

We found the rooms quite warm which seems to be true in general in Swedish hotels. Otherwise comfortable and good value for the money.

The bathtub was almost impossible to get into. Not handikap friendly. Elektricity did not work properly.

Fantastic place with friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, work desk, coffee/tea facilities, and a flat-screen TV in the room.

The place was clean, bright, and had a great location; the staff were friendly, and the hotel was situated in a modern area.
